Account Director, Space Planning

Lauren became part of the Aleto team in early 2022, leveraging her skills in furniture. Recognized early for her impact, she advanced into CAFM responsibilities and later expanded into space portfolio management and IWMS technologies. She now applies her expertise and leadership to make a significant impact across Aleto – empowering internal teams and delivering exceptional support to clients.

She enjoys solving problems and finding creative, alternative solutions both in life and work. Lauren believes there is no “one size fits all” approach; each client and situation requires rethinking assumptions to determine the best strategy. She leverages her PMP certification to address complex challenges and guide her teams effectively.

Lauren loves to run and has completed four full marathons to date, with another scheduled for fall 2026. She is also an avid reader, though with a busy schedule she’s shifted mostly to audiobooks, which she enjoys listening to while running errands or tackling weekend chores.
