Nazli joined Aleto in June of 2026. With more than two decades of experience in commercial interior design, Nazli has contributed to many workplace projects of various sizes where people can do their best work.

Her experience spans both private-sector and government environments, giving her a broad perspective on how design shapes the daily experience across diverse organizational settings. Throughout her career, Nazli has led teams and managed complex projects from concept through completion, balancing strategic vision with careful attention to detail.

Known for her collaborative approach, she works closely with clients and project teams to understand how spaces are truly used, translating those insights into design solutions that are organized, comfortable, and built to endure. She brings equal care to the overall vision and to the details that hold a project together.

Nazli holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from The George Washington University and believes that thoughtful design has a lasting impact on how people feel and perform within a space.

Based in the Washington, D.C. area, she draws inspiration from the region’s layered architectural history and its blend of civic and commercial environments. Outside of work, Nazli enjoys exploring local parks and cultural landmarks with her family, attending live music performances, and road cycling.
