Senior Director of Business Development

Denny joined Aleto in February 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience in facilities management, workplace strategy, portfolio optimization, operations and maintenance, and business development. Throughout his career, he has partnered with federal, defense, intelligence, and commercial clients to solve complex real estate and workplace challenges, improve operational performance, and support mission success.

Prior to joining Aleto, Denny held leadership roles with The Building People, Cvent, Comscore, and Lockheed Martin. His extensive operational background provides a unique perspective that helps clients balance strategic objectives with practical execution. Known for building strong relationships and understanding customer needs, Denny is passionate about developing innovative solutions that deliver measurable results and long-term value.

Denny holds a Master of Science in Management from Colorado Technical University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, pursuing fitness and wellness, riding motorcycles, and exploring new adventures with family and friends.
