Adam joined Aleto in 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale operations across federal and military environments. He has a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams of over 150 personnel and overseeing resources exceeding $47 million, consistently ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while maintaining compliance with complex regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining Aleto, Adam served for over 26 years in the U.S. Army, where he held senior leadership roles focused on operations, team management, and crisis response. Throughout his career, he’s led complex organizations, directed mission execution, and strengthened accountability in high-demand environments.

His expertise includes strategic planning, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and workforce development. He’s been recognized for enhancing operational efficiency, aligning teams, and delivering measurable results.

Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from American Military University and is passionate about leadership development, with a focus on building effective teams.
