Christian Cozier

Senior Director of Administration

Christian joined Aleto in July 2024 as the Senior Director of Administration, bringing more than 30 years of financial, operational, and compliance expertise across both the private and public sectors. He oversees the company’s financial management, compliance functions, and administrative operations, ensuring Aleto’s continued growth and operational excellence.

He began his career as a financial auditor before transitioning into real estate development and investment. Following the economic shifts of 2008, Christian returned to consulting, serving as Deputy Director supporting more than 11,500 families across South Florida. Over the past decade, his work has centered on helping organizations scale their operations, strengthen financial infrastructure, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

Outside of his professional accomplishments, Christian is happily married to Nataliya, and they have 7 children, together, that keep them busy. He is an avid supporter of the performing arts and an amateur playwright. He has written and produced two theatrical productions in conjunction with the Archdiocese of Miami.
