Mike Aschinger

Sr. Director of Operations

Mike Aschinger is a skilled leader with deep expertise in change management. He leads Aleto’s client communications, and data analysis, working closely with all members of the strategic staff to improve the business. With extensive experience managing diverse groups across multiple geographies, Mike coordinates efforts between teams and senior leaders for special projects.

Mike served nearly 25 years in the U.S. Army, holding senior leadership roles in supply logistics, leadership development, and personnel management. In his civilian career, he has worked extensively in law enforcement change management and security leadership across government and nonprofit sectors. He also served as a professor at his alma mater, Upper Iowa University, where he earned a BA in Social Sciences.

Mike holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, an MBA from St. Norbert College, and a Master of Human Services – Executive Leadership from Liberty University.
